Man Robs O'Reilly Auto Parts, Still on the Loose

The search is on for a man who robbed a local auto parts store at gun point.

It all happened Sunday around 7:30 a.m.

Perry police tell us an unknown man went into O'Reilly Auto Parts on Byron Butler Parkway in Taylor County.

Officials say he was wielding a semi-automatic pistol and stole an undisclosed amount of money.

Perry police describe him as a black male, between 5'10" and 6' feet tall. He has dreadlocks and a goatee.

Any one with more information is asked to give the Perry Police Department a call.
