ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Police say no charges will be filed against George Zimmerman or his estranged wife after their domestic dispute in September.

Lake Mary Police said in a report released this week that there was not enough evidence to file any charges. Police were waiting to see if images from an iPad could shed more light on the fight, but it was examined by a Secret Service agent who determined it was too badly damaged to get any information from it.

The dispute took place just days after Shellie Zimmerman filed divorce papers as she was removing belongings from the couple's home.

She said in court papers she separated from her husband in August, a month after he was acquitted in the 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

MIAMI (AP) -- Shellie Zimmerman says her husband has changed since a jury acquitted him in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

She told Matt Lauer on NBC's Today Show on Thursday she doesn't know what he's capable of and she's conflicted over her husband's assertion he acted in self-defense the night Martin was killed. But she says she believes the evidence and respects the jury's verdict.

Shellie Zimmerman says she doesn't believe her husband profiled Martin, who was black.

Since the trial, she says her husband treated her like she's "disposable" and went on a "victory tour" without her.

Earlier this month, the two were involved in an altercation at her central Florida home. Since then, she's been unable to serve him with divorce papers because she doesn't know where he is.

LAKE MARY, Fla. (AP) -- The iPad George Zimmerman's estranged wife says he smashed is in bad shape, making it difficult for law enforcement to obtain video that may have captured a domestic dispute between the former couple at a Florida home.

Police in Lake Mary say their investigation of the Monday altercation between George and Shellie Zimmerman is on hold because there's no clear evidence to charge anyone and neither side wants to press the case.

Police spokesman Zach Hudson says the investigation could be revived if new evidence surfaces or techniques are able to extract video that may have captured the dispute from Shellie Zimmerman's iPad.

The dustup took place just days after Shellie Zimmerman filed divorce papers. George Zimmerman was acquitted last July in the 2012 fatal shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

LAKE MARY, Fla. (AP) -- Police say George Zimmerman's estranged wife doesn't want to press charges against her husband despite calling 911 and saying he threatened her and her father.

Monday's uproar at a home in an Orlando suburb is the latest in a string of incidents in which Zimmerman has landed in the news since his acquittal in July of all charges for fatally shooting 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

On the 911 call, Shellie Zimmerman is sobbing and repeating "Oh my God" as she talks to a police dispatcher. She yells at her father to get inside the house, saying Zimmerman may start shooting at them.

But as police pressed her for information, and after talking to her attorney, she declined to press charges.

Zimmerman's attorney says his client didn't threaten anyone with a gun.

LAKE MARY, Fla. (AP) -- George Zimmerman's attorney says his client never threatened his estranged wife and her father with a gun even though Shellie Zimmerman reported that in a 911 call.

Mark O'Mara says that the dispute between George and Shellie Zimmerman at her father's house was the result of heightened emotions from their ongoing divorce.

O'Mara says there may be have been some "pushing and touching" but George Zimmerman never punched his father-in-law.

On the 911 call, Shellie Zimmerman says her husband had punched her father in the face and had threatened them with a firearm.

O'Mara says neither side wants to press charges.

Shellie Zimmerman said in her divorce filing that she and her husband had separated a month after he was acquitted in July of any crime for fatally shooting 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
