UPDATE March 18, 2013

Tallahassee police officer, Dave Northway says solving these crimes was like a puzzle: a puzzle that took four months to piece together.

Tallahassee police say these the three men pictured here are connected to as many as 39 cases with charges including armed robbery, burglary and even kidnapping. Officials aren't ruling out additional charges too.

"You arrest one person and they give you a piece of the puzzle then you maybe go and do some more investigation and find another person that gives you another piece of that puzzle," said Northway

Most of the crimes took place in the northwest part of Tallahassee. Eric Sowden has lived in his townhouse at Timber Oaks Lane for about a year. He says a neighbor was robbed at gunpoint a few months ago.

"I was definitely scared and just made sure I was always locking the doors," said Sowden.

Sowden says even though he wasn't the target of these recent crimes, he's now more aware of who's driving around his neighborhood.

"You've always got to keep your eye out and keep looking at everything and make sure you're not going to be the next victim."

The three suspects are currently being held in the Leon County jail.

The men charged are Tremaine Lovett, 26, Michael Jerger, 23, and Javarius Thomas, 20 all of Tallahassee.
