Quitman, GA- The street and grass area in front of the house located at 802 Morris Avenue in Quitman is stained with blood.
It's where investigators with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation say gunfire erupted shortly before 9:00 p.m. Sunday.
"One individual was actually laying face down in the grass after the altercation and the other was laying in the street who had also been shot," said Agent Steve Turner with the GBI.
Officials say 29-year-old Mickey Albritton died from his injuries and a second man was airlifted to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
Investigators say 22-year-old Myron Mitchell, who lived next door to where the shooting happened, and 32-year-old Javis Denson were arrested and charged with murder and aggravated assault. They're currently being held at the Brooks County Jail.
Investigators say there were numerous people outside when the shots were fired, including young children.
At last check, the victim taken to TMH was listed in stable condition.

One man died from his injuries and a second was taken to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. At last check he was listed in stable condition.

Police say two individuals have been arrested, but did not have the names or any other info at this time.
