Thomasville, GA - A two-time Georgia House of Representatives candidate was arrested after police say she attacked another woman.
Thomasville Police have charged Haley Shank with disorderly conduct.
Police say Shank went to an apartment Tuesday morning along East Clay street and got into a physical altercation with one of it's residents.
According to police, the fight was over financial matters.
Shank told us there are many falsehoods in the allegations against her and released a statement saying in part: "I ask that my community continue to have faith in my veracity. I have been advised by legal counsel to give no further information until this incident has been resolved."
