Tallahassee, FL- One of the most popular musicals has come to life on a Tallahassee stage and it featured our very own WCTV anchor Julie Montanaro.
Julie plays "Daddy" Warbucks secretary Grace, in the Young Actors Theatre presentation of Annie.
Many talented actors of all ages have been performing successful shows the last few weekends.
Tonight's presentation of Annie was extra special, featuring many celebrity guests.
WCTV Anchor Julie Montanaro says "it's funny but i don't really get nervous doing the news every night, but i'm incredibly nervous taking the stage, i'm so thankful there are young actors all around me who can pick up the ball and run with it"
In addition to Julie Montanaro, some of the other celebrity actors included Tallahassee Mayor John Marks, Leon County Sheriff Larry Campbell and Leon County School Superintendent Jackie Pons.
Tonight's presentation of Annie raised money for local scholarships.
