Triston Sanders, WCTV's News Director, and Community Figure is leaving WCTV today.
She's been at WCTV for nine years, and our news director for the past two years.
Although WCTV is sad to see her go, we are excited for her new opportunity with WWL in New Orleans, LA.
Art Myers, WCTV Anchor: "when things fell apart around us, she was able to handle it in a professional way...I don't think I ever saw her flustered."
Shonda Knight, Anchor, Executive Producer: "Triston is one of the most hard-working people I know. She is here 9, 10 o'clock some nights when she doesn't have to be. She is the most hands on News Director I have ever worked with."
WCTV wishes Triston all the best in the big easy, she will be truely missed by all of us here!
