Firefighters in a local area were called out to a house fire caused by a controlled burn, but fire officials say that wasn't the origin.
It all happened in Wakulla County off of Bloxham Cutoff Road.
Wakulla County Fire Rescue responded to the house a little after 5:30 p.m.
Fire officials say at the time, the house was surrounded by a controlled burn being conducted, but they believe it was a backyard fire that was started by the homeowner that caused it.
"It seems that the homeowner was burning some debris in his backyard and it got away in very dry conditions and caught six buildings on fire," said Mike Morgan, Chief of Wakulla County Fire Rescue.
No one was hurt in the fire. It took firefighters about 20 minutes to control the flames.
