Tallahassee, FL - Neptali Diaz-Alvarez is accused of forcing his way into a woman’s Tallahassee apartment and raping her repeatedly.

It happened early Saturday morning at an apartment off Ocala Road.

Arrest papers released by Tallahassee Police say the victim fought back, but he knocked her unconscious.

The probable cause affidavit is attached to this story.
