Brian Nichols says he was at war with the U.S. Government and that everyone he killed was employed by the government.
On Wednesday, jurors in Atlanta watched a taped confession from Nichols in which he confessed exactly what he did during a 26 hour killing spree back in 2005. Nichols killed a judge, a court reporter, a deputy, and a federal agent.
Nichols was on trial for rape charges when he overpowered a deputy in a holding cell and went on a killing spree. Nichols says he was provoked to start the war by a multitude of things.
