On Tuesday, Centennial Bank announced its buying all shares of Premier Bank, which operates in Tallahassee. That means all Premier customers will have access to 28 Centennial locations throughout the panhandle.
Centennial plans to acquire six new locations in Tallahassee and the surrounding area.
