A touch of New York City can be seen right here in Tallahassee.

A life-sized statue replica of the world famous "Lunchtime on top of a skyscraper" photograph is on display in-front of Larry's Subs on Pensacola Street.

The famous photo was snapped in 1932.

Larry's Subs has a big apple theme and purchased the statue after 9/11 to show support for American History.

"Man on the beam is a really important part of our history as Americans and it shows a good point in the history of America. So I'm happy to have it out in front of the store and I'm happy to have it as a new mascot for the chain," says Everet Simmons, the owner of Larry's subs on Pensacola Street.

Today is the last day to see the sculpture, it's been in Tallahassee since Monday.
