Many homeless veterans in our area are one step closer to having a place to call their very own. Fifty units at Home Front 'A Veterans Community' on Stuckey Road are almost completely furnished, but they still need your help.
The Big Bend Homeless Coalition is working with the VA and Elks Lodge to furnish the apartments. Almost all 50 are move in ready except for a few. They still need things like lamps, desks, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, anything you would need to be comfortable in a home.
