A program to Florida homeowners who are struggling with their mortgage opens today.
Florida housing officials are reopening a program intended to help homeowners who owe more on their mortgages then what their homes are worth.
Homeowners who have remained current on their mortgages but missed out on the opportunity to apply for the program last fall will be allowed to apply.
You could get a break of up to 50-thousand dollars if you qualify.
