I'm sure there are plenty of elderly and disabled people who could use a new paint job on their house that could be useful community service.

We should look to Singapore for the answers. 6 strokes of a rattan cane on his bare back-side and I bet he never touches a spraypaint can again in his life. (Enter whiney liberal counter-viewpoint)

Tito. Consider this, for just one moment...It is not his property to destroy! If it was his, that would be different. Can you understand the concept of owning something, or private property? Our problem in the panhandle of Florida is thugs like this one not tagging a business, but burning it down!

No one is saying what he did was right, but 6 years for something so petty is absurd! He caused no one harm, in fact, you can thank him for creating a new job for some lucky unemployed person who gets to clean that up.

Here we have another example of 20( ) year olds acting like children. I am sure Georgia DOC can find some type of labor to let this individual pay his debt to society....and leave infanthood!!

Tax payer money spent catching graffiti artists instead of real criminals...lovely. Tax payer money spent supporting him for 6 years....ridiculous.

ummm most of these people doing the graffiti are involved with gangs so in rality they are catching the "real" criminals...your ridiculous. Graffiti is becoming a big problem, as is the gangs. People are tired of it.
