Gadsden County, FL ---

Just before 2:30 today, Midway police caught up with the men who were attempting to sell the pipes at a local salvage yard. Three of the suspects are 17 years old.

The electrical company owners say the men stole the pipes from the back of their business and got away in an Orange Chevrolet truck.

Bob McPherson who owns the company says, "I'm glad that we caught them and they're arrested and they're going to be punished for it. Some of them are juveniles and they should learn not to do things like that."

Xavier Wiliams,28, is being held at the Gadsden County Jail with no bond.

Midway Police stays on the news, they are really doing a great job out here! They're getting dope off the streets, enforcing traffic laws and arresting fugitives EVERYDAY! The past twelve years without an agency has really been rough, especially when it came to waiting for a county Deputy to respond!

This kind of subsistence scavenging/theft becomes common in a collapsing society. Expect to see alot more of it.

The juveniles will be slapped on the wrist. Next year they will be charged as adults because they will not have learned from their mistakes.

It doesn't take much to figure out what Anon July 1, 8:01pm stated is true! Most kids don't learn and eventually end up in prison.
