The Leon County Sheriff’s Office took Charles C. Wooden, 30, into custody today on outstanding warrants.
The Violent Crimes Unit has obtained five warrants for Wooden’s arrest and was requesting information on his whereabouts. Wooden was believed to be in the area of the 1200 block of My Oh My Lane. On July 27, 2012 a media release was broadcast requesting information on Wooden’s whereabouts.
This morning, Wooden came to the Leon County Sheriff’s Office and surrendered to Deputies. Wooden told Deputies the media coverage pressured him into turning himself in. He was taken to the Leon County Jail.

The Leon County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Charles C. Wooden, 30. The Violent Crimes Unit has obtained five warrants for Wooden’s arrest and is requesting information on his whereabouts. Wooden
is five feet five inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and may be in the area of the 1200 block of My Oh My Lane.
