Marianna, Florida- July 25, 2012

An incident of child abuse was reported to the Marianna Police Department in which the reporter stated that the minor child had been struck about the back an arm with an unknown object.

Officers noticed bruising and other marks on the childs back and arm consistent with abuse. Warrants were obtained for the mother and the mother’s fiancé and they were taken into custody without incident.
