Crawfordville, Florida- September 12, 2012

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement Tallahassee Regional Operations Center Cyber Crime Squad arrested Joshua Paul Cerwin, 32, of Crawfordville, Fla., on one count of distribution of child pornography, a second-degree felony.

FDLE agents, along with Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant today at Cerwin’s home, located at 116 Posey Road, Crawfordville and were able to determine that Mercer was allegedly downloading and sharing images of child pornography.

Cerwin was arrested without incident and booked into the Wakulla County Jail. This case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office, 2nd Judicial Circuit.
