UPDATE 9-29-2011 by Lanetra Bennett
A homemade sex video posted online by an FSU student comes back to haunt him.
The 19-year-old is now facing child pornography charges.
The relationship didn't last forever, but an FSU student learns the hard way that what he did after the break-up will.
The tag line to this website says "Go Ahead, She Isn't Looking!"
Well, she--as in a 16 year old girls mother--can be looking ... and so can millions of others once it's on the Internet.
"Things like that you have to be careful with."
19-year-old Jordan Steiner was arrested Wednesday and charged with child pornography...
Police say he uploaded a video of him and his ex-girlfriend having sex to an explicit website.
Investigators learned that the video was made last year...when the Steiner was 18 and the girlfriend was 16.
Alan Delgado, an FSU student, says, "I don't disagree with him dating her because such a small age difference really doesn't matter, but, it is the law. You shouldn't post things online to get back at people."
Police say Steiner posted the video *after* he and the girl broke up...
Officers say Steiner then sent the link to several different people... and before long, the sex tape reached the girl's parents.
Steiner was arrested when the girl's father called police.
"He knew he was going to get in trouble. So, it was just studpid on his part."
Students say it's an example of how your past and the Internet can catch up with you.
Anthony Delgado, another FSU student, says, "Let's say years later I'm important in society for some reason and something I did as a teenager can come back and haunt you. That's not only scary, but, sometimes a little bit not fair."
Police say they discovered that the video was made in Steiner's dorm room at Wildwood Hall...
Steiner was arrested where he lives now at his student apartment at Heritage Grove.
Police say Steiner said he felt bad for what he did, but alluded that he was hurt by the girl
