Marianna, FL --
On September 29, 2011, Jackson County Sheriff’s Investigators concluded an investigation into a large amount of merchandise that was being stolen from the Marianna Wal-mart. Wal-mart Loss Prevention staff had notified the Sheriff’s Office that they were having a large amount of electronics going missing from the store.
Jackson County Sheriff’s Investigators, working in conjunction with Wal-mart loss prevention staff, determined that Jaquavious Bundrage and his cousin, Tiffany Bryant, were working together stealing the items from the store. Jaquavious Bundrage was a Wal-Mart employee at the time. Tiffany Bryant would then sell the items and give some of the money from the sales to Jaquavious Bundrage. Bundrage and Bryant worked together to steal over $20,000.00 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart over a two month time period.
On September 29, 2011, Bundrage was confronted by Wal-Mart’s Loss Prevention Staff in reference to the thefts. Bundrage admitted his involvement in the thefts and he was terminated from his employment. Bundrage was then arrested by Sheriff’s Office Investigators and Charged with Grand Theft over $20,000.00 and dealing in stolen property. Both Charges are second degree felonies and carry a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison for each charge.
On September 30, 2011, Investigators obtained an Arrest Warrant for Tiffany N. Bryant for the same charges. Tiffany Bryant was arrested on that warrant on October 3, 2011 and booked into the County Jail. Anyone who may have purchased any electronic items from Tiffany Bryant (also known as Tiffany Torres) is asked to contact the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office at 482-9624.
