[Update] - Valdosta, Georgia - November 3, 2011 -

The Lowndes County Sheriff department busts a meth lab and takes a four year old to child services.
And one neighbor makes some startling accusations about the family who lived at the home.

"The house was an abusive home."
That's what a neighbor tells me but she doesn't want us to show her face or use her name.
She says Patrick Lee beat his wife Judy, and they verbally assaulted each other all in front of the two children.

They had a four year old boy together.
An eight year old girl was from Judy's previous marriage.
She tells me both were malnourished and neglected.
The four year old was still in diapers.

The neighbor says when sheriffs took Patrick to jail, he took all the blame for cooking the meth and didn't accuse his wife of anything.
The neighbor says they had late night house parties where they sold the drugs to dozens of users at a time.

But the neighbor tells me her real concern is for the children.
She's called child services multiple times.

"I'm not trying to get her children taken away from her. I'm trying to get them help. So she can keep doing what she's doing, but spare them," the neighbor said.

Patrick Lee is in Lowndes County jail facing several felony counts including for cooking meth in the presence of a child.
There are no warrants for Judy's arrest.

Valdosta, Georgia - November 3, 2011 -

On Tuesday, November 1 investigators from the Special Operations Division of the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office were attempting to serve an arrest warrant for Patrick Chaz Lee at 3776 Rowell Road. As the investigators were inquiring about Lee’s presence inside the home, he attempted to flee the residence through a window but was apprehended. Upon entering the home, the investigators also located the components of a methamphetamine manufacturing operation.

A minor child, who is three years old, was also inside the home at the time of this event and the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services was contacted and took custody of the child. Due to the fact that the child had intentionally been exposed to various hazardous chemicals, he was transported to South Georgia Medical Center for evaluation.

A specialized team from Tallahassee, Florida and investigators from the Sheriff’s Office performed the decontamination process and cleaned the residence of any hazardous materials.

Patrick Lee was transported to the Lowndes County Jail where he remains as of this date. Patrick Lee has appeared before a Magistrate Judge in an arraignment hearing and was denied bond.

First of all the jail said as of today he is still inn there so that is someone on his page posting all that. The news should make it right first of all that isnt his wife or his child but that doesnt matter what he was doing was wrong and yes the mom had to know what was going on in the home. If she was a good mother and not doing it with him she wouldnt let her children around it. I think she should face charges about her son being there. Hopefully he will get help and I pray for him and his family. And I all of the area in Valdosta wants to know what he was on 2 felony probations, was it meth?? And yes they doo allow the meth heads to tell on people to get out and keep cooking meth. God Bless them.

Seems to me like no matter WHERE the mother was she would have gotten some kind of charges against her...and was this guy even the father of the child (think not otherwise they would have stated it)?? I wanna know where the mother is and why her name hasnt been brought into sure she knew every thing that was going on in that house. Bless the childs heart having to go through such a crisis at such a young age...what is this world coming to!!!?

Ok one of the posts says the mom was at work. Did she not know what was going on in the house. I think she must have. Making meth is serious, it can be deadly. Poor kid, she is the only innocent victim here.

Meth was 1st synthesized in Japan in 1897. In ww2 whole armies ran on it, ditto Korea and Nam to some extent. It was made illegal in the 1970's. It was a minor problem then -- now, in 2011, we got what this horror -- which is a MAJOR problem. Has it ever crossed your alleged mind that prohibitons are not helpful? Unless you actually LIKE the way it is now?
