Yea, she's teen court. Thats terrible. She'll lose her job for this more than likley. I'm not condoning DUI but to risk losing your job the week before Christmas in this economy...major bummer. I know nobody's perfect and alot of good people make mistakes in life but to get busted for this and to work in the legal system (especially dealing primarily with young people)...not a good example :/

Everyone is in violation of something. Under this system of Just Us. I know from the looks of the violations, if they are guilty, then our hired professionals are doing their job. Thanks. Vote Ron Paul.

Did you know by age 23 nearly a third of all Americans have been arrested for a crime?

It's probably more than 1/3. Most people do not realize that a traffic ticket is an arrest [you need not be in handcuffs]that will be on your permanent record f-o-r-e-v-e-r. That piece of paper you receive from the police is a written arrest and your signature is a promise to appear or pay the fine.

Wow. Please explain the difference of Ms. Bendfelt and Ms. Vilesha Miller's reactions to being arrested. Amazing eh? One actually seems thrilled!

Do you mean besides that it says so in the booking report? Look at her. She is very sad. Unlike the other "person".

Ms. Bendfelt was arrested in Sept, 2010 for HIT AND RUN FAIL TO STOP REMAIN AT CRASH INVOLVE INJURY. Makes you wonder if she was DUI then.
