Here is some irony for you.....Miranda in the case of Miranda V. Arizona was accused of rape when SCOTUS ruled on the Mirnada warning. Mirnada was stabbed to death a few years later and law enforcement was unable to gather enough evidence to charge the suspect after he invoked his right to remain silent after being given the Miranda warning. Nothing like helping your own killer get off. Remain silent if you want....but all criminal idiots get theres in the end.

If 'the man' with 'the gun' tells you not to resist arrest, then don't.

Believe it or not you have a right to resist illegal arrest. A police kidnapping or assault is not a joke, ask them if you are being detained, ask them if you are free to leave, ask them whats the nature of the crime they suspect you of, Dont resist "arrest" and keep your mouth shut. The police dont need to know where you are going or coming from, tell them you do not consent to a search, of your car your pockets, purse, your backpack your home. Our legal system sustains itself through fines and fees set upon the same people who pay for this service, we are hiring people to fine us, hahahaha how absurd. I remind the viewers what you are getting is the police side of the story only. I think it would be cool if WCTV were to do a follow up, viewers choice interview to get "the other side of the story". Come On WCTV, send a reporter out to ask some of these citizens if they would like to comment on their arrest and detention.

Fine. You can either not resist arrest and then sue the pants off of the police for illegal arrest or you can resist arrest, sue the pants off of the police and look like this moron.

Spoken like a career criminal. I personally have no reason to not tell the police anything they want to know - why are you so defensive?
