What do you want to bet that the "city worker" has a hot head mentality and helped this thing escalate, too? Manhandling is not acceptable by anyone including city workers...just look again at the photo for proof Something is not quite right about the photo people.

You’re kidding right? Check the list of charges first, then come back to the picture and tell us he is being “manhandled”. Or better yet, here is what he is being charged with: ASSAULT ON OFFICER FIREFIGHTER EMT ETC, BATTERY CAUSE BODILY HARM OBSTRUCT CRIMINAL INVEST FALSE INFO TO LEO RE MISSING PERSON OR FELONY CRIMES AGAINST PERSON CORRUPT BY THREAT PUBLIC SERVANT OR FAMILY INDECENT EXPOSURE IN PUBLIC ASSAULT INTENT THREAT TO DO VIOLENCE (3 COUNTS) Yeah, you’re so right about this “manhandling” issue.

A police occifer can charge with charges up the yinyang, that doesnt make you guilty. So you get the cops side of the story and thats it? Thats good enough for you? The ERC, restraint chairs they have put him in, after kidnapping him and bringing him to their financial dungeon of the COUNTY, have seen many a prisoner die in them. Like one other post , wait until it's your turn.

Won't have to worry about it being my turn. Not stupid enough to do these things, but it sounds like you did.

You are way too gullible to believe that every incident is as the city worker saw it. Where is the record of activity for the city worker Huh? Hidden because legal measures were taken by a prior governor to hide them from the public. Yes, this is "manhandling." And there should be accountability for it. Remember the incident of the person in the wheelchair who was mistreated in jail? Now Huh?, try yelling like a three year old at someone less informed and experienced.

Trouble makers who work for the city can get in a lot of trouble with internal affairs for overstepping their authority.

Maybe, just maybe, if this boy's parents had screwed his head on right the LCSO wouldn't have to. Now that's painful.
