The victim, Gloria White, advised that she walked outside and saw two African American males inside her car and when she asked what they were doing, they ran. White indicated that she did not see their faces, but was able to give a clothing description. A short time later VPD Officers stopped an African American male, who matched the description. He was identified as Andrew Ashley and they found that Ashley had two active arrest warrants for Probation Violation.
