MCSO Makes Arrest in Lee City Hall Burglary

Madison, FL - Madison County Sheriff Ben Stewart reports that on Tuesday the 4th day of January 2011 Deputies responded to a report of burglary and grand theft at Lee City hall. Upon arrival deputies discovered unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered the Lee City Hall and took property valued over $1,500.00. The case was assigned to investigations.

On Friday the 4th day of February 2011, Investigators located and identified the suspect as Ronald Koltz, W/M, DOB: 02/22/1981 of Trenton Florida.

Investigation revealed the Koltz was a Madison Department of Corrections work release inmate assigned to the Lee City Hall. Koltz was released from the Department of Corrections on 09-09-2010. Koltz is currently ncarcerated in Gilchrist County on separate charges and Madison County Charges forthcoming.

    Looks like his wish is to stay behind bars all the time..so give him what he wants before he hurts someone while he is breaking in somewhere.
