It was a 60 inch TV, and everyone knew it was there. Keep your freinds close, and your enemies closer.

Marijuana should be legalized, therefore reducing costs for law enforcement, the court system, and the prisons. The state of Florida would then be able to raise tax revenue that could be used for the school system. This war against Marijuana has accomplished little, if anything, and has cost over one Trillion dollars since Nixon first ask Congress for money in 1971.

  • by PrezNixon on Sep 12, 2011 at 05:33 AM
It should not be an infraction what-so-ever. Seven grams of pot...geez.

Just another way to make money off citizens by criminalizing a weed that relaxes you if smoked and has much less drama in over usage than alcohol does in most people. It should be legalized and policing actions should focus on the more serious drug issues... like crack cocaine in the various hoods around Tally Town.

I have this for you. Chronic bronchitis, copd, emphy', lung cancer, and sinus infections and sleep disorders. Weed. That's what you want, is weed. Well the bigunns banned cigarette commercials forty years ago, because these things were killing people. Now you want it not only decriminalized, but legalized? Amy Winehouse died at age 27. Weeks ago. Think about addictions and their result, then we can have a discussion.

Actually, she was supposed to have died by Stopping the intake of alcohol. Look up the effsects of cold sober stoppage of alcohol. Further Pot doesnt do any of the things you state. The only real problemis an association w/ Schiz. but even thais questioned as to does the pot cause (prob not) or is it self-medicating (more likely). If you dont know the facts please stay out of the discussion. And marrianna police your a bunch of creeps for this!

I'd love to know what their probable cause was - probably just being young and listening to loud music? In California this would be Civil Infraction citation with a set fine he would mail in. Down here - they try to ruin your life over it.
