Taylor County, Florida - December 9, 2011 -

The wife of a Taylor County man accused of Monday's deadly shooting in Perry was arrested Thursday on unrelated charges.

Perry Police arrested 49-year-old Diane McNutt after they say an officer pulled her over on Highway 27 East in Perry for driving with a suspended license around 4:00 p.m. Police say McNutt was notified of the suspension back on Sept. 13 of this year.

Police say she was taken into custody without incident. McNutt was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. She was processed at the Taylor County Jail and released.

All Walgreen's Clerks are required to try to sell everyone chocolate....no sure why...but they do that at all Tallahassee Walgreen's as well. And so what if the lady works and sell's chocolate. At least she has a job and not living off the system

No ones what happened except the people involved. The Speas friends have their side and the McNutt's have their side. I am sure both sides are at fault. But that doesn't give a person the right to kill. We weren't there to know what has been said over the years or what was said in that day. Speas you know your part and McNutt's you know yours.

She is back out on the streets driving agian I saw her pull up at Walgreens today when I was there & when I went in I saw her go to the back & when I went to check out she was the cashier. If that was me who got caught driving with no valid DL I would still be in jail. Just goes to show if you know the judge you get a get out of jail free card.

Didn't this nutcase provoke her husband into shooting the other family members? If so, she needs to be in jail too.

The woman was driving without a license and got arrested. If I were driving without a license, I would be arrested too. So what if TCSO is watching her. Her husband just killed two people and almost another. I am thankful that our local law enforcement is keeping a watchful eye on any involved in that incident.

She deserves to sit in jail.. Not only for breaking the law but also because she took part in shooting the spees. Maybe not physically but hearing her scream "shoot them" is pathetic!
