Car Crashes Into Tallahassee Apartment Building

Tallahassee, Florida - September 23, 2011 -

A car has crashed into a building at a Tallahassee apartment complex, sending one person to the hospital. It happened around 11am at The Park at Midtown on Old Bainbridge Road.

Police say a verbal dispute between a man and woman resulted in the car accident.

The man is being taken to the hospital and the woman is being questioned by police.

TPD Release:

The Tallahassee Police Department is currently investigating a traffic crash with injuries that occurred at 1600 Old Bainbridge Road –The Park at Midtown.

The vehicle, a green Jeep Cherokee, was in motion in the parking lot near building # 9, struck a pedestrian and then drove into an apartment on the bottom floor to the building. A resident was inside the apartment at the time of the collision but no one was injured. The pedestrian suffered minor injuries and was transported to Capital Regional Medical Center. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

The investigation is ongoing at this time so details are limited.

    Sounds like the girl was the driver and she hit her "friend" since the news reports that a pedestrian was the one hit and was transported to the hospital.

    Fellas, THIS is why you dump crazy chics! She gonna make you wreck your car if she feels like flipping out on the road. Think before you put a girl in the passenger seat!
