A 1999 Toyota Camry 4-door, was traveling northbound on County Road 136. Clark Dean Eplin, was standing on the left side of a 1990 EZ-Go golf cart, pushing it northbound on County Road 136. The right front of the
Toyota driven by Matthew Schroeder, 21 struck the left rear of the golf cart. Eplin was pronounced deceased on scene by Suwannee County Fire Rescue.
