Tallahassee, Fla. -- At approximately 4:48p.m., Kelley Rayboun, 42, of Tallahassee, Fla., was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 319 (US 319) in the outside lane in the area of Horseshoe Plantation Rd. in a 2008 Honda Accord.

The Accord came to final rest on its roof facing southwest in the median of US 319.
Rayboun had to be extricated from the vehicle by the Tallahassee Fire Department.
The Florida Highway Patrol was assisted by the Leon County Sheriff's Office, Tallahassee Fire Department, and Leon County Emergency Medical Services.
