Lane Closures Scheduled for I-10 in Leon County

Chipley - Rolling lane closures will occur in the eastbound lanes of I-10 at mile marker 197.1 in Tallahassee from 9 p.m. Monday, March 18 to 2 a.m. Tuesday, March 19 to allow crews to install Dynamic Message Signs.

All activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather. The work zone will be clearly marked and law enforcement officers will be assisting with these night time operations. Motorists should be alert to the work zone boundaries and indicated by the law enforcement officers.

U.S. 90 Lane Closures Continue in Gadsden County

Chipley – The westbound outside lane of U.S. 90 from New Bethel AME Church to Hilltop Drive in Gadsden County will be closed from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday, March 18 through Saturday, March 23 to allow trucks to enter and exit the project site. The speed limit on U.S. 90 is 45 mph, violations double when workers are present. Drivers are cautioned to use extra care when traveling through the construction zones on U.S. 90 and on State Road 12.

Construction activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather. Motorists are reminded to obey the posted speed limit when traveling through the work zone and to watch for construction equipment and workers entering and exiting the roadway.

Mahan Drive Lane Closures

Chipley – Drivers traveling U.S. 90 (Mahan Drive) between County Road 0353 (Dempsey Mayo Road) and Apex Drive in Tallahassee will encounter intermittent lane closures Monday, March 18 through Sunday, March 24. Lane closures will remain in effect from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Construction crews are completing various construction activities along the corridor.
