Tallahassee, Florida- August 31, 2012

Beginning on Tuesday, September 4, a new traffic pattern will be in effect for a portion of Franklin Boulevard.

The section of Franklin Boulevard from East Jefferson Street to College Avenue will be open to motorists in both directions. Due to the new road design, motorists traveling on East Jefferson Street will not be able to cross the Franklin Boulevard intersection. Motorists traveling eastbound on East Jefferson Street will only be able to make a right turn onto Franklin Boulevard. In addition, motorists traveling westbound on East Jefferson Street will only be able to make a right turn and left turn onto Franklin Boulevard.

Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming traffic
pattern. All work is weather permitting.
