God bless you Lecia. I don't care what anyone says... you were a sweet, smart and beautiful young woman. you didn't deserve to die!! I know you didn't drink or do drugs. All you did was laugh and smile and make others laugh and smile too. If anyone has anything negative to say about you it is only because they envy you and hate thereself. They are disrespectful to the max and will have to face God one day. RIP you are an angel now as you were on earth. I am so so so so sorry for you and your family. I pray that God gives them the strength to cope with the tragedy. I love you girl and wish I could have given you a hug that day I saw you in walmart and you didn't see me. who would have ever known you would be gone forever just a few hours later. It has tought me to never take life or people for granit. RIP and keep smiling bright!! God bless you baby girl!!

I agree with Phil, there is a time and place for everything and this is not the the time nor the place to be making these rude and totally unnecessary comments. A young lady has lost her life and she will be missed by so many. Please if you have nothing good to say, say NOTHING!

After reading the comments on this article, WCTV really needs to censor, yes I said the "F" word. Yes, they should "censor" inappropriate and offensive comments. This is a person's life we are talking about. Not a traffic ticket at a red light camera, a life, a person, a family.

That beautiful young woman crashed by ACCIDENT. You dont know her, so you shouldnt speak as if you do. How dare you use her facebook to judge her, how dare you use it for anything at all except leave your condolences for our family. Lacy was the most caring, wonderful, beautiful woman that you would have ever been so lucky to even walk in her presence. She was on nothing: not pills, not alcohol, NOTHING at the time of her ACCIDENT! There are a lot of things that I could say, to try and hurt you the way you are hurting our family, but the sad thing is, the beautiful young woman that the world is devastated to lose, and I assure you it is a devestating loss because she was going placing and she changed the things and the people around her for the better, for her I wont say anything. She would love and give anything for anyone, even when they didnt deserve it. She would want us to focus on the good. So I just hope that for the sake of that wonderful woman and our family, everyone will cease with the ignorant comments.

I cannot believe the garbage comments posted on this story. Bunch of bigots, must be that good Christian upbringing. I looked at the page where the young lady was killed on Williams Road on Wednesday afternoon and did not see one comment about her race, drinking, unemployment or upbringing mentioned.

Florida society is so quick to judge and condemn. Everyone has an appointed time of death. We all have to die,but it is not our plac to judge. Be care ful what you say as you will be judged one day. It could have been one of your relatives? Would you want people saying horrible things about them and casting false judgments. How about praying for them and thier families? Show a little kindness and sympathy. None on this post was in that vehicle, so no one (media or police oficers either) know what happened in those lsat minutes that this person lost thier life. It is none of our business if she were wearing a seatbelt or what happened. Say a prayer for these vitims families, that would be the best thing to do.

The man that was in the car was not her father - he was her stepfather. She has a father who raised her when her mother abandoned her and her siblings
