Madison County, Florida - January 4, 2012 -

On December 28th, 2011 warrants were issued on Mr. Henry Lee Roberson, Jr. for D.U.I.

Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide and on January 2nd, 2012 he was arrested on those charges after
turning himself in at the Madison County jail.

FHP says 37-year-old Jerry Lacadrick Miller died early Saturday morning after a traffic crash in Madison County.

At around 2:30 in the morning, he was riding in a 1995 Chevy Impala with 27-year-old Henry Lee Roberson, Jr. driving. 31-year-old Jamie O'Neal Hampton was also a passenger.

They were east on US Hwy 90 (SR-10) when the car began to leave the road.

Roberson over-corrected and went over the center line.

The vehicle rotated then struck a telephone junction box and several trees.

Roberson and Hampton were sent to TMH in serious condition.
