Tallahassee, FL -- May 3, 2012 --

Blueprint 2000 announces the closure of College Avenue between Meridian Street and Crest Street. The closure will begin at 7:00 a.m., on Monday, May 7, 2012, and will continue until 5:00 p.m., Monday, May 21, 2012. The road closure is needed to continue the box culvert installation on Franklin Boulevard.

Eastbound through traffic will be detoured from College Avenue to Meridian Street, Park Avenue, Crest Street and then back to College Avenue. Westbound through traffic will be detoured to Crest Street, Park Avenue, Meridian Street, and then back to College Avenue.

All residences and businesses will have access to their property for the duration of the closure. Detour signs will be in place to direct motorists around the closure using adjacent streets. Attached and enclosed is a map of the detour route.
