Update on Temporary Closure of Suwannee Street

Tallahassee, FL -- January 25, 2012 --

Blueprint 2000, which previously announced the temporary closure of Suwannee Street between Gaines Street and Lafayette Street, as well as the Lafayette Street/Suwannee Street intersection and the on-ramp to Apalachee Parkway, announces that the closure will be moved up one day earlier beginning at 8:00 p.m., this Friday, January 27th and ending by 5:00 pm., on Sunday, January 29th.

Crews will be working at the Lafayette Street/Suwannee Street intersection and the on-ramp to Apalachee Parkway to install underground utilities. Detour routes will be clearly posted.
