TAMPA, Fla. (AP) _ Republican presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani was in Florida again yesterday, making his 19th campaign visit to this delegate-rich state.
The former New York City mayor spoke with more than 1,500 voters at a rally at The Villages yesterday.
He was also scheduled to appear at a another private fundraiser in Naples and will be back on Sunday to woo NASCAR fans at the Ford 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
Most polls show him with a 2-to-1 lead in the Sunshine State, which Giuliani needs to win January 29th to offset potential losses in the early voting states of Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina.
