Lawmaker named in 'Rolling Stone' magazine

MELBOURNE, Fla. (AP) _ Former state Representative Bob Allen is being featured with other Republican lawmakers in a special edition of "Rolling Stone'' magazine.

Allen is one of five Republicans featured on a graphic detailing the political party's sex scandals.

The piece appears in the magazine's "Yearbook 2007'' special double issue.

Allen was convicted of agreeing to pay $20 to perform oral sex on an undercover police officer in the men's room of a Titusville park.

Allen resigned last month after being sentenced to six months probation and fined $250. He has filed an appeal.
