Giuliani in Florida Despite Iowa Caucus

MIAMI (AP) _ While his rivals are shivering in Iowa's cold today, Rudy Giuliani plans to spend his evening at a rally in the Miami area.

Iowa's first-in-the-nation caucus is today, but the Republican presidential hopeful is hedging his bets on a victory in delegate-rich Florida.

Experts, however, have questioned whether Giuliani's campaign can survive a series of early losses.
