Barack Obama's campaign manager says voters can sign up to receive an e-mail or a text message the moment the senator decides on his running mate.
In an e-mail to Obama supporters, David Plouffe (pluhf) says ``no other campaign has done this before.''
The e-mail asks backers to pass the message to friends and
family.
The Obama campaign has used the Internet to build a network of 2million volunteers and raise nearly 340 million dollars by the end of June.
