9-11 Museum Still in the Works

Posted: Wed 6:12 PM, Sep 10, 2008

Tomorrow, Americans will mark the seventh anniversary of a day that changed the country forever.

Plans continue to take shape for a museum and a memorial at the site of the World Trade Center.

Two surviving tridents from the north tower, each almost 90 feet tall, will return to ground zero to be incorporated in the atrium of the museum pavilion.

The pavilion will serve as the entrance to the subterranean exhibition galleries of the National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center
