WASHINGTON (AP) This source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said that the injection of fresh capital will come from the government's $700 billion rescue fund and will be similar to assistance provided last November to Citigroup.

The source spoke on condition of anonymity because the agreement
had not been completely finalized. An announcement was expected
later Thursday.

Secy.Paulson should be fired. NO more banks should get any more TARP money. The first $350 billion has been squandered to boost the "profit & power" of the banks. They are still NOT providing financial assistance and loans to the public and small businesses [as was one of the few requirements] My grandchildren don`t want any more of their money given to these @##$*&^#.
