Tallahassee got a visit today from former Republican Florida Governor Charlie Crist. He stopped by a fundraising event as part of his campaign to regain the title of Florida Governor.
This time Crist enters the race as a Democrat. He attended a fundraiser hosted by Tallahassee trail lawyers Daryl Parks and Ben Crump and answered questions about the economy, schools and touched on his campaign.
"I'm excited about running for governor, really excited about it, overwhelmed by the support we've received so far, very pleased and humbled by all of that and it's all good. I'm very grateful to my friend Daryl Parks, he is a man of justice, he's been a friend for a long time," said Crist.
Crist also visited the Ghazvini family and other supporters of his campaign.
