Tallahassee, Florida - June 6, 2012 -

Florida is the national leader in public corruption. A new non-partisan research institute makes that claim. That group is called "Integrity Florida".

Group representatives tell us they determined Florida leads the nation in public corruption after examining several different studies over a ten year span and they believe this dark cloud over the Sunshine State can be fixed. They specifically have offered reforms for the state's ethics commission to consider. That agency is setting their 2013 legislative agenda on June 15th.

Here are a few of Integrity Florida proposals:

- Allowing the state ethics commission to start it's own investigations. Currently a citizen has to file a complaint to start an investigation.

- The group also believes a corruption hotline should be launched. The recommendation is for the state's attorney general or ethics commission to manage it.

- Integrity Florida believes public officials should be required to disclose all financial transactions over one thousand dollars including stock trades, property transactions, and changes in business ownership.

"Our goal is to bring more sunshine to the sunshine state. we're number one for our beaches, we're number one for our sunshine. but it's time that we dust off our government in the Sunshine Law and once again become number one in the world for government in the sunshine for open government. accountable government and for ethical government," said Integrity Florida Director Dan Krasfner.

Dan Krasfner with Integrity Florida also points out that Governor Rick Scott campaigned on ethics reform. He says he has meetings with Scott administration leaders. Krasfner believes the reforms his group wants will be passed into law next year.

We help Florida make it to the top of the list supporting people like Marks, Meggs, and Campbell. I was a supporter. Not anymore. Deferred Compensation, Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP), Bloated Salaries, Consulting Fees... These guys are collecting taxpayer money hand over fist. It stops here. Its not fair. I was born and raised here, and I will not stand by as the city I love is destroyed.

When King Larry Campbell runs the jails, the deputies, and the investigations......? What more can you expect? This has been going on for far too long in Leon County. We need to remove the people from office who are allowing this corruption to continue.

One of the factors allowing corruption is not having a limit to the number of times a public official can run for office. Public service was not meant to be a career to retire from.

Let me be the first to say...We're number 1 baby! See what is possible when you elect a governor that stole billions?

Part 2 troubling reason for the existence of multiple urls is explained near the bottom of the webpages corresponding to the first two urls listed. The issues addressed at these urls go high…that’s an undeniable fact. They probably reach higher than you think. There needs to be a serious “cleaning of the slate” in parts of the state’s government. Everything stated here is substantiated by two irrefutable reports and extensive corroborating evidence that is in the possession of agencies, including those within Florida’s 8th Judicial Circuit (and the Chief Judge’s office and SAO Chief Investigator Spencer Mann). The comprehensive reports and evidence span a total of more than 100 pages and in-depthly detail criminal activities carried out under the color of law by criminal/judge David P. Kreider and various other co-conspirators.

Part 1 In a state where government officials have intentionally and wrongfully entangled proven criminally-corrupt Judge David P. Kreider in the nation’s 2012 election process sadly these findings should come as no surprise. Countless heads need to roll and, to many, a lot of years in prison need to be doled out. It’s a shame that things in Florida have gotten to the current stage. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) should take a moment to read the information at the following url (updated information originally circulated on 06/04/2012): floridavoices -dot- com/inbox/sunshine-state-should-work-rebuild-trust-openness *Be sure to replace the "-dot-" when you cut & paste the url. The information is 100% true and that is easily recognized…especially when one considers all the information that has been circulated thus far, all the deceptive tactics employed by the co-conspirators thus far, and the noticeable absence of public rebuttals to our highly public claims regarding proven crimes by public officials and others. That being the case, and assuming “Florida Voices” is a company with integrity, the information should remain displayed. However, I’m not familiar with the history of the company/website so I can’t swear that they won’t pull the information down. THIS IS SERIOUS and although many won’t be surprised…many will rightfully be p’d-off with the wanton lawlessness displayed by our supposed societal leaders. It truly is sickening. The public, legal professionals, and law-abiding public servants should be aware. Also refer to the following urls when reviewing the information at the above url : complaints -dot- com/2012/march/14/Corrupt_Judge_David_P._Kreider_now_taints_the_ele_264712 -dot- htm and complaints -dot- com/2012/may/21/Corrupt_Judge_David_P._Kreider_now_taints_the_ele_266368 -dot- htm *Once again, be sure to replace each "-dot-" when you cut & paste the url. Wow! People blaming a governor who has been in office for two years. No wonder our kids can't pass the FCAT. Their parents can't think or read either.

RICK SCOTT SAID HE WOULD MAKE US #1 IN BEING BUSINESS FRIENDLY - I GUESS HE MET HIS GOAL. IF OUR GOVERNOR PAID A 1.7 BILLION DOLLAR FINE FOR RIPPING OFF MEDICAID WHY WOULD WE EXPECT ANYTHING BUT CORRUPTION.

Those of us in Wakulla didn't need a fancy research study to tell you that. Just ask Maurice Langston and David Harvey.

Amen brother. Maurice Langston is nothing but an extension of David Harvey.
