What does Sunday have to do with anything? There were posts for yesterdays booking list(some were pretty good too).

If I take a photo of an officer, that photo is not a public record, it belongs to me(or in this case the media outlet. Usually the media will postpone putting up pictures until the case is completed, but in this case he has already admitted to his involvement opening the door for his termination as a deputy.

You can't pick and choose what gets released as public record. The law exempts ALL public records to protect them. This includes the "good" as well as the "bad". This mainly only shows up on the arrest reports, but there are other places where you could get public info that would include names, addresses, and other information. The law exempts all of this information. Sometimes once charges are made, the Officer will be terminated, and then the agency may release the arrest report. I have seen this happen several times lately, but even if the Officer is terminated their record is still exempt from public record requests.
