9 ounces of sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
1/4 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
1/2 diced tomato
1/4 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/8 tsp. cumin
Salt to taste
Chili Powder to taste
6 flour tortillas
Heat some vegetable oil in a medium skillet set over medium-high heat until hot. Add the steak, stir fry for a few minutes until no longer red and then add the onion, bell pepper, tomato, garlic, cumin, salt and chili powder. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until the steak and vegetables are tender. Place the tortillas on a grill until just warmed through, about 30 seconds.
To assemble the fajitas, just place some of the steak mixture into each tortilla.
