CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER S`MORE BROWNIES

4 (1oz) unsweetened chocolate baking squares
1 1/3 c butter, softened and divided
2 ½ c granulated sugar, divided
4 large eggs
2c all-purpose flour divided
1tsp. vanilla extract
½ c creamy peanut butter
½ c firmly packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
½ cup peanut butter morsels
3c miniature marshmallows
1 ½ c lightly salted roasted peanuts
Chocolate Icing- recipe follows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray and line with parchment paper so the paper comes over the sides by about an inch, set aside. Microwave chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power 1 ½ minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring at 30-second intervals; set aside. Beat 1cup butter and 2cups granulated sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating just until blended. Add 1 cup flour, beating at low speed just until blended. Stir in vanilla. Spread half of batter in a greased and floured 13x9-inch pan.
Beat peanut butter, brown sugar, and remaining 1/3 cup butter and 1/2c granulated sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add 2 eggs, 1 at a time beating just until blended after each addition. Stir together baking powder and remaining 1 cup flour, and add to peanut butter mixture. Beating at low speed just until blended. Fold in peanut butter morsels. Spoon peanut butter mixture over brownie batter, top with remaining brownie batter, and swirl together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove from oven to a wire rack; sprinkle with marshmallows and peanuts. Prepare chocolate icing, and drizzle over brownies. Cool completely. Pull the brownies out of the pan using the parchment paper, set on a cutting board and cut to desired size. Enjoy!!!
Cook 1/4c butter, 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa, and 3Tbsp. milk in a saucepan oven medium heat, whisking constantly, 4 minutes or until slightly thickened; remove from heat. Whisk in 2cups powdered sugar and ½ tsp. vanilla extract until smooth.
Note: To really give these brownies the s`more effect try torching the tops of the marshmallows with a kitchen torch before adding the chocolate drizzle and the peanuts!
