1 ½ cups Rolled oats
1 cup nuts, can be assorted
½ cup dried fruits, chopped
½ cup shredded sweetened coconut
2T vegetable oil
3T brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ cup dried fruits, chopped and or chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 275F. In a large bowl combine oats, nuts, coconut and brown sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine honey, oil & salt. And warm slightly over a double boiler or 1 minute in a microwave. Combine both mixtures and pout onto a sheet tray. Bake for 1 hour, stirring it every 15 minutes. Remove from oven cool in a bowl. Once cool add dried fruits and/chips.
